Trouble Sleeping. Sleep is a natural state of man, necessary for survival, as it allows the body to have a break.

Sleep is a natural state, not only for humans but also for all living things. Why, then, have so many people have trouble sleeping? Insomnia is a sleep disorder that affects people in all parts of the world.

If you are one of the many unfortunate people with problems sleeping at night, what can you do to solve this problem?
