Trouble Sleeping. Sleep is a natural state of man, necessary
for survival, as it allows the body to have a break.
Sleep is a natural state, not only for humans but also for
all living things. Why, then, have so many people have trouble sleeping?
Insomnia is a sleep disorder that affects people in all parts of the world.
If you are one of the many unfortunate people with problems
sleeping at night, what can you do to solve this problem?
Problem solving is not art, it is a science. To solve this
problem there are certain steps to follow. It makes no difference what the
problem is coincidence, the first step is to identify the reason for the
problem. What gives?

Academic pressures can lead to performance anxiety. In addition, with many

deadlines. They have to stay awake to work on projects or studying for exams
and this can disrupt sleep-cycle and reset their biological clocks.
School-related concerns: Schools can be greenhouse academic

establish their individuality while fighting big odds and emotion. These
concerns may cause them to have trouble sleeping.
Research has shown that for people who do not have a problem
sleeping body temperature rose about four degrees during the day to give them

brains for the night.
For those with insomnia the same body temperature changes
are not present. So, you can take steps such as a brisk walk first thing in the
morning to get your metabolism and body temperature.
Also, you should get exposure to sunlight or natural light
for at least an hour a day. Walking outside can achieve this.
These are just a few simple tips. The point is that for
